This page explains how users of Jocsoft Auto Works can request deletion of their account and associated personal data, as required for our Google Play store listing.
How to request account deletion
Follow these steps:
- Send an email to
- Use the subject line: “Jocsoft Auto Works — Account deletion request”

Include all of the following so we can verify ownership of the account:
- Your full name
- The phone number registered in the App (required)
- The email address on your profile (if any)
- A short statement that you want your account deleted
- We will confirm your request and process deletion within 14 business days after verification.
- After deletion is completed, we will reply to confirm. You should also uninstall the App from your device.
What data is deleted
When your account deletion request is approved, we delete or permanently de-identify:
- Account profile details (name, phone, email, address, account type)
- Authentication / session tokens and OTP verification records linked to your account
- Registered vehicles and vehicle photos
- In-app notifications sent to your account
- Loyalty points / tier and wallet balance linked to your account
- Marketing preferences and similar personal profile fields
What data may be kept (and for how long)
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes:

Requesting deletion of some data without deleting your account (optional)
Yes. If you want specific data removed but wish to keep using Jocsoft Auto Works, email privacy@jocsoft.net and clearly state what you want deleted, for example:
- A specific vehicle and its photo
- Saved address details
- Notification history
- Marketing / promotional contact preferences
We will process eligible partial-deletion requests where the data is not required to provide an active service (for example, an upcoming booking) or required by law. Core account identifiers (such as your verified phone number) are generally required to keep the account active.
After you delete your account
- You will no longer be able to sign in with that account
- Upcoming bookings linked to the account may be cancelled
- If you use the App again later, you will need to create a new account
